NopeCopter's Ndongo-Matamba (Nzinga)

Adds the Kingdom of Ndongo-Matamba to Civilization V under Queen Nzinga Mbande.

NOTE: This is a sort of "reimagining" of the classic Kongo mod for Civ 5, designed to more closely fit Nzinga as a leader. Aside from a few reused art assets (used with permission where possible), and a shared (albeit completely redesigned) UU, this is an almost entirely new mod.

UA: Glory of the Ngola
Gain Culture from Allied City-States that you’re the only friend of. Gain Production towards units from active deals with other civilizations.

UU: Pombo
Replaces the Knight. Weaker, but doesn’t require Horses and deals extra damage to units not at full health. Ignores terrain penalty from Jungle. Generates Influence with City-States while in their borders.

UB: Kilombo
Replaces the Barracks. Units killed or disbanded in a city with a Kilombo speed up the production of the city’s current project based on their XP earned from combat. Units trained in a city with a Kilombo begin with Cover I.
