PalMod (Summoner Subclass)

Description
This mod adds a summoner subclass allowing the player to tame NPCs and use them like minions.
Even though I'm doing my best, the nature of the mod means it is NOT balanced, and will likely never be, but provides a fun and unique experience :)

The first capture sphere is sold by the Merchant, and can be upgraded.

Multiplayer is currently not implemented, but will be in the future.

The mod will be compatible with Modded NPCs using vanilla AIStyles.
Please, do not ask if the mod is compatible with X or Y, mod, I do not know, try it out

The mod is obviously inspired by the Pokemon and Palworld games!

exciteted to load a dragon into my modded world, catch it, then watch my computer suffer and die as it hates Tmodloader

Can you put monsters back in the sphere? you cant kill the monsters yourself because theyre tamed and it sucks when theres just a slime stuck inside the floor somehow taunting you because it will never die

@toxzik5 if i remember correctly, throarbin made a video on this mod, and he was able to increase the limit by using gear that helps the summoner class

also how do you increase the limit from 2 to like 5 or 10?
if that's not a feature please can you make it?

i don't know how to recall please tell me how to recall or can you make that a feature if not already?
also end game "the boss cube" it requires moon lord to be dead in order to make can capture any boss excluding moon lord ofc
plus can we get "the king sphere" can capture everything in sight (what you see on screen)
(although prop gonna be a minute before you can)
but please consider my idea?

@Sephryn it's intentional for the captured npcs to not save when exiting a world

I have found that the Wyverns act like normal worms instead of flying Wyvern worms. Which, considering Wyverns move pretty slow, severely nerfs their ability.

Scrolled through the comments a bit and didn't find mention of this bug, but every time I boot my game back up, all of my captured pals from the previous session are gone. I don't know if that's an issue with this mod, or maybe some sort of compatibility issue.
