This mod changes the max level of:
Armies
Navies
Generals
Champions
Spies
Dignitaries
- from 10 to 20

Balanced Leveling is in effect, you will need the same ammount of xp (20) for each new level.

NOTICE:
This is a beta, not all features have been fully tested. Report all bugs!
- Not compatible with Traits Talents and Toadies mod, or my other Rapid Leveling mods.
- The AI seems to use this somewhat halfly, I found some level 10-15 agents where they had spent all but one point, while I found several level 20 agents where they had spent no points at all beyond level 10.
