Disable Default Respawn Ships

Description
As noted by Geneticus, there is now a better way to go about disabling stock respawn ships. He has created an updated mod which you can try here: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=391666627

Disables the default respawn ships by replacing each with a worthless ship, and sets the cool down on each to 24hrs.

Best used with an additional respawn ship mod.

I've added a link to your updated version of the mod in the description since you've already created one. Since you've already created a mod with the desired functionality, I may or may not update this mod.

The Ship Enabled tag was not available at the time that I had published this. I'll update the mod to use it when I get a chance.

Why replace them? You can do <Ship Enabled="false">.
