Princes of Darkness - More Buildings

Description
This only merges the 00_holdings.txt that is mentioned by the authors of More Buildings (Reboot). This is merged with the file from the PoD Bookmarks mod, might require it as a submod as well.

The load order shouldn't matter because this uses LIOS for override.

All the credits go to the original mod authors, as referenced in the dependencies.

I got it working but I wanted to access the MBR capital buildings with grand cities but I can't get them to show up. It also appears that some MBR buildings have castle requirements. any help would be appreciated.

I went thru with winmerge just to be safe. There were some differences that i thought might be a problem and fixed them.
