I got it working but I wanted to access the MBR capital buildings with grand cities but I can't get them to show up. It also appears that some MBR buildings have castle requirements. any help would be appreciated.

I went thru with winmerge just to be safe. There were some differences that i thought might be a problem and fixed them.
