Removes blue tone from numerous rough or smoothed stone floors and ramps....

Adds a neutral gray block floor to the underside of wells and corrects the sprite sheet for well buckets. Due to hardcoded limitations I cannot match the well sprite color to the stone type. I asked Putnam even. Its just a no-go....
