Once the music changes, the button to the access tunnel should be pressable.
If you've killed them already and it still happens, it might be either due to the invisible enemy glitch or because one of the enemies somehow bugged out of the level, resulting in a restart.

For the Flying Heads, you can block their attack with a shield, or you have to move out of the way as the head is charging towards you.
And before you ask why i added beneath creatures? the enemies are supposed to represent Spectres & Ghouls from the game OFF, which most of them are impossible to recreate as custom textures.
like how do i even avoid all the crystals lasers and flying heads?
