The enemies before the access tunnel that don't join into combat are either the patients in the hospital gurneys/beds in the hospital/infirmary and the enemies holding up the guy in the Sleeping Quarters.

Once the music changes, the button to the access tunnel should be pressable.

If you've killed them already and it still happens, it might be either due to the invisible enemy glitch or because one of the enemies somehow bugged out of the level, resulting in a restart.

How do I open the access tunnel? I killed everyone and looked around a bit for other buttons but i couldn't find anything to make the box around the button for access tunnel go away.

For Crystal Cabs you must destroy their legs. the easiest way is throwing a bladed/Sharp weapon at their legs. i recommend taking care of them first in the last section.

For the Flying Heads, you can block their attack with a shield, or you have to move out of the way as the head is charging towards you.

And before you ask why i added beneath creatures? the enemies are supposed to represent Spectres & Ghouls from the game OFF, which most of them are impossible to recreate as custom textures.

Its set in the universe of the game OFF by Mortis Ghost. but the level itself is non-canon to the OFF-lore.

Pretty difficult, but unique from many other levels, so it's great!
