BIG UPDATE

After my vacation i added:

New pet!
Meet the pet crawler.
His egg can be found in Genetic boxes with a chance!

2 New crate tiers, 5 different + New crates
Completely new ways of opening crates, Lock pick, Code cracker
New talent books (Separatist manual is adding reputation with separatists)


Unlock crate variations using different items!

You can buy unresearched crates at research outposts, or find at wrecks.
You can research them with stabilozine using a research station

How to unlock talents

This manual can drop from abandoned crates, upon reading, you get
one random talent, that is added to the mod.

Talents

This mod adds a new type of deconstructible crate, which can be deconstructed into loot!
It can be found at wrecks or bought at outposts.
(The loot is choosen from a lootpool of over 35+ items)

The mod is still work in progress, so expect more updates soon!

очень сильно не хватает motivation, а вообще есть основа для огромного апдейта с полной переработкой рандома
а гранаты это отдельный рофл

Интересно кого больше погибло от ударных гранат, союзников или врагов... Каждый раз когда я выбрасываю из полутанных ящиков всё, что бы боты это отсортировали там оказывается эта граната и она кого-то да убивает

@kapral Efimenko, in that case description is incredibly misleading, it makes it sounds like it increases fabrication quality of EVERYTHING inside fabricator the way its worded right (gotta admit just solely for this part it made talent super cool to hunt for, now it sounds to be lamest one, i'd suggest reworking and making it give 1+ quality to everything, or new seperate talent for it)

Oh yes its specifically "tag" because it was supposed to increase only the nailgun items quality, but i will change this talent, because it kinda seems useless atm, i will rework the talents

I checked that specific talent, and it might be due to wrong tag, even though inside barotrauma modding documentation its mentioned one you use.

However i know in the past tag of
<CharacterAbilityGiveStat stattype="IncreaseFabricationQuality" value="1"> Worked.

Your version of CharacterAbilityGivePermanentStat seems to only work while using tag="" conditional so my assumption is that it's still either required but left empty if we want it to affect everything or it only works with specified items inside tag condition, instead.

@kapral Efimenko, it seems that "Increase fabrication quality by 1 level" part isn't working specifically, all items stay the same level.

Example: Im level 100 electrical engineering able to craft excellent quality battery, getting handyman perk doesn't change that quality to masterwork, it still stays as excellent quality. That's the case across the board for any item, be it vanilla or modded.

Hey, could you check the Handyman talent if it’s working properly?
Not working in my modded campaign, even tried putting it all the way up in the load order but still doesnt work, otherwise great mod.
