High Elf Hero Mounts SFO Submod

Description
This is the SFO submod for High Elf Hero Mounts mod by ArdentFlame. This mod balances the new mount to be more in line with SFO Grimhammer III.

I am still learning to mod so if you notice anything that appears off, just let me know and I will try to fix it. I am open to any feedback or suggestions that you may have.
