How to get rid of the American Dunce?

Either complete the focus "Department of Education" or the focus "Benjamin Franklin Society".

I am not removing the American Dunce spirit and I am not making it worse, ya just gotta live with it and yes it is possible to research with it given I test debuffs before adding em.

The goal of this mod is to bring ERX more in line with OWB and to make it more realistic to the Enclave's situation based on lore. This is going to be done through a series of updates. Lore Accurate Enclave will eventually add many events, overhaul spirits, debuffs, buffs, division templates, and will add new mechanics you will have to deal with as the Enclave.

1.0: Operation Broken Scissors - COMPLETE

Shuffle around all tech & Update Foci to have buffs and debuffs

2.0: Operation SPECIAL - TBD

Overhaul all spirits and add new spirits.

3.0: Operation ♥♥♥♥-Y - TBD

Overhaul every Focus and Event Effect. THIS WILL BE THE LARGEST UPDATE!

4.0: Operation Send Off

Final update which overhauls Division Templates to be better and more realistic. Also reshuffles tech a final time. This will be the final update.
