The glowRadius is for normal light at 50%
Its about the radius (distance) not the intensity

Yeah, it's for "real" sunlamps but shouldn't it work if you set that to 1?
Never done a lamp or sunlamp before... just changed the color or edited plants to need other light levels.
... and with "oversized" I don't mean an upsacaled version but multiple intertwined glowpods (much like the dugtrio pokémon).
