Add a variation to the crossbows and longbows added in "Vanilla Weapons Expanded (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1814383360)" that can be filled with Chemfuel to fire fire arrows.

These weapons normally fire normal arrows and can use the ability to fire arrows three times if necessary.
They can be used as normal bows even after the abilities are used up.
