These weapons normally fire normal arrows and can use the ability to fire arrows three times if necessary.
They can be used as normal bows even after the abilities are used up.

Do they only have 3 shots for the 30 chemfuel reload, or can they shoot normal arrows when they run out?

You missed adding the VE Weapons dependency and the loadAfter in your about.xml
