Tynan certainly doesn't seem to know the joy of doing good.

you should feel good as you give, but that doesn't seem to be the reality.

until now, it was only for player masturbation.

this mod increases the positive effects of the Charity Meme.

now charity meme is high risk / high return.

Yes, it works with Better Beggars. So far I've observed the added beggar scenarios produce the increased mood buff. Finally there is a point to giving away all my beer.
