I've often thought about this and now I'm using a request as excuse to do this.

Basically, all gladiator units are removed from active recruitment and moved into garrisons.

Same buildings they were recruitable from, one sword gladiator and one spear gladiator at all levels. Since a lot of people payed for them, Circus Maximus and Colosseum will also give both female gladiators. Please don't ask me to put them in lower buildings as well because that would be OP, and nobody wants four gladiator units in one easy level 3 package, amiright?

Also, the removal from the recruitment list was done - hopefully - in compatibility mode. That is, other mods that change the whole vanilla buildings_units_allowed won't be interfered with.
