Description
**Tested With V3 Version: 1.9.2**

Compatibility patch between Industry Realism and Political & Economic Changes.

Note that this _excludes_ the PEC change to allow producing charcoal from logging camps. Charcoal is not suitable for use in steel, so it is not a suitable in-game substitute for coal in my opinion.

Load order:

- Industry Realism and Political & Economic Changes in any order
- Compatch

You're right, it's because of my mod list, specifically the fact that some mods didn't update automatically. Not related to this mod, thanks.

@Mad Cube I loaded a vanilla game and saw the same buildings, pop, and such as with this mod loaded. Do you have other mods you're using? Map mods, in particular, can leave blank spaces on maps after major updates.

@Mad Cube {~w~} I'm not seeing the same issue you are reporting, Russia appears to be the same with these three mods enabled as it is in the base game. Can you report any specific states where you are seeing this issue, and also verify you have no other mods that may be causing this?

When I use this + PEC, I get vast swaths of Russia being empty? Like the country is half populated, and half of the other regions are in no colour, with no description when I hover over them
