Description
Hello there! Welcome to Dynamic Interactions addon

Dynamic interactions allow NPCs to kill(or just push) enemies with more action way using specific animations.
This addon adds dynamic interactions from Half-life 2: Episode 2 and Entropy : Zero 2

Enable Keep corpses for this addon to work properly!

35 Dynamic interactions with cool animations, sound and particle effects
In setting you can add custom SNPCs to make them do DI aswell!(But their bones should match some models)
NPCs can check for enemies before doing DI(should be enabled in settings)
Shooting DI actually affects NPC's ammo in magazine(or clip)
A bit changed vortigaunt's behavior, so it stop running away all the time
If attacker removed, then victim will be free
Support for players
I don't know what to add here, just check videos and gifs

If this addon doesn't work:
1. Set Chance setting to 1
2. Discrese Cooldown
3. Make sure both attacker and victim matches conditions from More About Each Dynamic Interaction discussion.
4. Make sure attacker is facing victim(and most of the time victim should face attacker aswell)
5. Make sure victim's health less than number of the Minimum Health For DI setting
6. Make sure both victim and attacker are on ground.
7. Make sure attacker doesn't play some specific anims(Antlion can't do DI when flipped, Hunters can't do DI when charging or range attacking, Vortigaunts can't do DI when range attacking or dispelling)
8. Also some of DI require specific distance from victim and attacker, so victim shouldn't be too close or too far from attacker.
9. Make sure attacker's NPC class is supported. This addon doesn't work on custom SNPCs, unless you'll add them using settings.
10. Make sure victim has all respectful bodygroups and bones( DI doesn't work on zombies without headcrabs, etc )
11. Make sure attacker and victim are on the same floor(like dynamic interactions won't work on stairs or when victim standing on a box and attacker don't)

Tool Panel >> Options >> Limakenori >> Dynamic Interactions

i have the bull squid but it will not attack the HL2 headcrabs

Anyway to fix the issue of the NPC not disappearing during the animation? It results in the normal NPC standing there and their animation counterpart.

This is only with VJ base though, it's likely an issue with that, but I was wondering if there was any fix or work-around.

I don't remember Alyx with melee attacks but all Alyx's melee zombie and antlion animations are all marked as Dynamic interactions.

does this have Alyx's punch melee animation? since that isnt really a "dynamic interaction", its more of the butt stroke attack the combine soldiers do when youre close to them.

The fact Combine and metrocops will play a pain sound when stabbed by a antlion during a interaction is such a nice detail
