The ability to remove the overpour of notifications has been a long requested feature of the AML O+E , so greatly appreciate this contribution towards that end.
Thank you for answering what seem like obvious questions; just figured would get them out of the way before a deluge of people asking if it's compatible with XYZ.
Look forward to this streamlining the experience. Thank you.
I just added the Immersive Strategy Layer mod into my current play through and they seem to work well with each other since we are working with different classes. The class I am overriding is UIEventNotices and in reality I'm not overriding anything and only plugin with a single method that still fully executes.
I am running LWOC in my play through at the moment so I know that it works with that but I have not tried Covert Infiltration or RPGO but I can give it a looksee over the weekend probably.
In general though, the ISL mod accomplishes something a bit different to what this is doing since that seems to be more designed toward mitigating the dizzying experience that XCOM provides when it throws you all over the place. This mod is aimed toward just giving the player a bit more control over the display for the mini alerts you get that tell you a soldier is no longer wounded and what not.
Hope that helps.
How does this handle the eAlert system in comparison to ISL, and subsequently what's it's compatibility with commonly used foundational mods (LWOTC, Covert Infiltration, RPGO, etc).
Also, does it contain any MCO's that general users should be aware of?
Welcome to the X2 community, and hope you enjoy your stay and look forward to your further contributions.
