- Updated Mod Preview image

- Updated all options so that Tactical vs Strategy alerts can be customized separate from one another
- Reorganized and converted options menu to utilize sliders vs drop downs
- Added a height option for the panel that alerts are populated to allow for more alerts to stack if desired
- Provided more granular value selections for all options
