Archan's Animated Stone Crushers

Description
Introducing Stone Crushers

Compact alternative for Stone Ejectors
For both Large and small grid. Instead creating multiple annoying floating rocks, Stone crushers transform stone into iron, nickel and silicon, just like refinery... But without annoying gravel, and doing this very fast. And they have pleasing animations that give some life for your ships

Large grid have nice, compact size 1x1x1, small grid have not only Hybrid Conveyor (tm) so you can attach to large or small conveyors, but also it's created in style of upcoming Archan's Modern Conveyor System

upcoming Archan's Modern Conveyor system?

*looks at date posted, looks back to description* hmm, guess Archan had IRL stuff take priority.

jokes aside tho, love your stuff man, fantastic job as always.

@dragon fire, I responded in similar fashion to other user. You can modify my mod and upload as unlisted. Just copy what all is in folder " %ProgramFiles(x86)%/Steam/steamapps/workshop/content/244850/3245427690/ "
to separate new folder in %appdata%\SpaceEngineers\Mods .

Then just modify file Bluprints.sbc
this is "recipe" :
<Results>
<!-- <Item Amount="14" TypeId="Ingot" SubtypeId="Stone" /> -->
<Item Amount="30" TypeId="Ingot" SubtypeId="Iron" />
<Item Amount="2.4" TypeId="Ingot" SubtypeId="Nickel" />
<Item Amount="4.0" TypeId="Ingot" SubtypeId="Silicon" />
</Results>

"<!-- text -->" is a comment. in this case SubtypeId="Stone" is gravel. so just remove "<!-- -->" from that line, adjust amounts, and remove or "comment" other ingots.

I'm going try the old stone crusher mod for now, but its model is very dated (like pre beta textures) and yours look awesome.
Dragon Fire 813 17 Apr @ 5:32pm
I need a ludicrous amount of gravel for the road blocks, runway blocks, and the concrete tool mods I'm using.
Dragon Fire 813 17 Apr @ 5:29pm
Is it possible you could make an alt version of this mod that does the opposite similar to the old stone crusher mod? Instead of producing basic ingots and no gravel it would produce only gravel with a 10% extra yield for use in road/concrete mods. I'm no good with editing mods otherwise I do the custom settings thing you mentioned in another post.

except for animation, it is vanilla mechanic. You can look at this mod, and you can use unlisted version of this mod with custom setting. I don't mind custom rebalancing when they are made unlisted.

Archan79 This is a very appealing mod to me and I was wondering if, like others, there was a way to perhaps provide server owner/operators a control panel where the overall yield could be manipulated in a % format/ Or If it were not too difficult perhaps a set of individual output sliders? So that say more Iron might be gotten from the earth-like than say the moon. Or perhaps a little more uranium might be attained from the Alien Planet than from elsewhere.
-- I am not a mod creator, or even a programmer... I hope that this would not be too great of a task to undergo. But holy hell would it be cool.

Ditto @Vestal's comment; but otherwise this is very cool!

Alternatively, a version with absolutely minimal yields - maybe 5% (or 1%?) of what the Survival Kit would produce, would rock.
Archan79  [author] 12 Jan @ 2:03am
@Vestal, I can do in short time, or you (or other people) can do unlisted version and give me link for it. I will add it as rebalance eventually

Really cool mod, is there a way to get a version with 0% yeld ? It's really effective at destroying stone but it gives too much ore for my taste, it feels a bit cheaty.
