[H0L-D4] Health Panel Enhanced

Description
The lifebar addon, for when you can never have too many addons.

The default H0L-D4 health meter, heavily modified to support defense layers and resources from several addons. Nearly everything you could ever want in the bottom left corner of your screen, packed into a single panel.

Features
Unified Health Bar: The centerpiece of this entire addon - a lifebar that gets brighter and more colorful the tankier you are. Armor now appears as a translucent layer over your health, along with resources from Draconic Base and CAP listed below.

Draconic Base + Sandbox Shields Support: Energy shields from Draconic Base will appear as an additional number next to armor, as well as a light blue outline on the health bar. Overshields will appear as a bright yellow glow that increases in intensity the more overshield you have. And invincibility will make the entire bar glow bright white.

CAP Support: After picking up a personal shield SWEP, the charge level is represented by a soft green glow around the healthbar that intensifies while the shield is powered on.

Ultrakill Dash & Ground Slam Support: A segmented blue stamina bar underneath the healthbar, to add just a bit more Ultrakill flair to your H0L-D4 setup.

DrG Ultrakill Content Support: Hard damage is now visible on the healthbar.

Long Jump Module Support: Creates a more H0L-D4 friendly charge meter that lines up cleanly with the health panel.

To-Do
Re-implement the right aligned bar setting
Add support for shield/stamina/jump charge color customization
Code cleanup

I just fixed the addon requirements, they seem to have vanished for some reason.

You do need the H0L-D4 addon, but you also need to go into its settings and toggle off the built-in health UI that comes with it.

No, you don't need the original HUD. In fact, you need to have it turned off so it doesn't overlap this one.

And make sure you're using the Ultrakill dash mod in the description, otherwise you won't see any stamina bars.

@SpartanWar118 I'll have to look into JMod to understand what you're asking for.

Would it be feasible to implement any sort of JMod or HL2 JMod support?
(I know at the very least the HL2 JMod addon has a long jump module)

Also, nice to see people still remember CAP
