Improved and reskinned ERE Numeroi

Description
Reskins and slightly buffs the Eastern Roman Empire Numeroi unit from the grand campaign.

It's my personal favorite Numeroi reskin on the workshop and all praise goes to the creators of that mod.


This is my first mod and a learning experience. Feel free to report any problems or possible improvements.
