You're not alone—another player recently brought up the same issue about gender-specific hairstyles being ignored when pawns spawn.

I truly understand how frustrating this can be.
Unfortunately, I haven’t found a perfect solution yet, but I’m continuing to test and explore.

I’ve just pushed an update to match the release of RimWorld 1.6.
Fortunately, it seems like this update didn’t affect the mod much—everything looks fine on a quick check.
