Description
This mod removes skill points from the game earned by Lords and Heroes.
You still get the skills that are automatically obtained when you reach a certain level, (such as mounts)



Reasoning behind this mod:
After talking to some players and experiencing some situations, I decided to create this simple mod and experiment with a campaign with it.



Problem:
One of the problems of this game is the absurd power that the lords can achieve, they have a huge amount of skills that makes them authentic machines of mass destruction, being able to wipe out entire armies on their own, in addition they also significantly enhance the performance in the campaign and if that were not enough they also make the units of your army unstoppable against garrison units or units that do not have these improvements. This produces an insurmountable difference between high-level and low-level lords.



Solution:
Some people have already tried to nerf hundreds or thousands of stats from everywhere to reduce this but in my opinion this is a much simpler and more effective solution. By disabling the skill point option, many other aspects of the game gain great relevance and become useful again.
The biggest problem that I have found in this is the magicians because they do rely fundamentally on skills to obtain their power (although let's be honest, certain spells are too powerful too) for them I found the solution in another mod that I highly recommend using [6.0.x][GLF] Battle Mage 战斗法师.



Conclusion:
I have played with this mod an entire campaign with the empire without any type of problem, reviewing legendary lords and heroes and at no time did I feel the need to have to learn a skill although if that were the case I could always have that skill be learned automatically upon reaching some level.
On the other hand, I have noticed that:
Technology, buildings, items, mechanics have gained vital relevance in the game.
Battles against AI have become much more challenging.
Micromanaging battles is much more comfortable.
The lords now gain skills through meritocracy and their actions, not by giving them a little point here and there. In case you want to expand this Remove characters traits limit
And many other more specific concepts that I will let each one discover for themselves.



To end:
The intention of this mod is not to convince the player to use it, but to expose the reason for this mod to exist, this mod cancels out some of my other mods and others that are probably more "successful" but in my opinion and experience I will probably follow it wearing.
Normally I don't usually give my opinion on a mod but only focus on giving the description and letting each person judge for themselves, but I think this mod did need this because at first glance it seems crazy. If you've gotten this far by reading it alone I'll tell you one more thing, give it a chance and try it in a campaign along with the recommended ones, you probably won't go back.




Subscribing and adding to favorites is fine, but if you want other people to see the mods you like, after trying the mods if you like this press 👍. I see mods with 3000 downloads and only 80 reviews, that makes me☹️. People who are dedicated to modifications will appreciate it. Thank you.

@DarkStar I ended up deleting it, it required a lot of work and I wasn't very happy with it, those of you who have downloaded it can continue using it simply by changing the file name

@chuwbe It should work for any mod unless it includes a new agent type or something similar. Load this mod with higher priority.

@BlackJack I created this mod https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3329435129 with a similar intention although I never got around to testing it in depth and it is not updated with the latest DLC.

Any chance for a mod but a level based unlocking of spells? First 2 spells you get automatically like always, next 3 you get at level 20, and the rest at level 40.
