i'll try it out for my next campaign but I'm skeptical about using the one you suggested right now with my mods that add skills and im already mid campaign
This would prevent the ability to use the red line skill army buffs correct? As well as prevent even legendary lords from getting leadership buff to right?

Regarding the mod, I don't know if it's a good idea to add power-ups again to a game that's overloaded with them, but hey, it's a good contribution and I didn't remember about it
To your point about lords improving through meritocracy, I recommend the "Normal Traits Extended" mod, which expands on rewarding your lords based on what they *do*.
