A little addon requested by Kaisy a while ago.

Kaisy told me he would like to see more often an Uncommon infected on urban enviroments. To be more specific, the Riot zombie. While they only appear on the final canonical campaign (The Parish), they actually don't appear THAT much.

So, What does this addon do?
Well, basically makes the Riot zombie a non-exclusive Uncommon infected of The Parish which allow them to spawn on almost every Official campaign. There is actually a l4d1 variant of the Riot zombie, so yes, I thought it would be a great idea to make it spawn in l4d1 campaigns too.
Custom campaigns using the Vanilla Population instead of a custom one can also be affected by this addon and have Riot zombies spawning there too.

What about The Parish? Well, the Riot spawn naturally there, so I just raised the spawn rate a bit to keep that "exclusive feeling".

In this version I didn't exaggerate with the spawns to keep things as "friendly" as possible.

Important:
This addon modifies the Population file which can only be modified by one addon at the time. So if you have other addon installed and active who modifies the Population too, this addon (Or the other one) will not work.

If you wanna find the error you'll need to do the annoying part xD
Enabling one by one and see which one is causing it.

after some time removing all my mods and veryifying the game files, it works fine now

well i have other secondary mods that turn some weapons into secondaries (ex: the scout as a secondary) or could be the custom hud, I'll check back in when i see
to give you an idea: useing both the fireaxe and pistols at the same time

Is that so?
Well, first of all, this is not intended to work along side with other populations mods. But, the weapons panel dissapearing is a very rare side effect.
I would need more information about that issue.

well for some reason when i have population mods installed with this my hud does not show the guns or weapons
