after some time removing all my mods and veryifying the game files, it works fine now

well i have other secondary mods that turn some weapons into secondaries (ex: the scout as a secondary) or could be the custom hud, I'll check back in when i see
to give you an idea: useing both the fireaxe and pistols at the same time

Well, first of all, this is not intended to work along side with other populations mods. But, the weapons panel dissapearing is a very rare side effect.
I would need more information about that issue.

well for some reason when i have population mods installed with this my hud does not show the guns or weapons

The problem is in the first mod you mentioned. The mixing of l4d1 and l4d2 zombies is a population modification of the Director. Sadly, the game can't run multiple multiplications for the same file so one of them is choosen depending on the add-on order. Riot Skins and penetrable armor modifies different files of the game and the last one in fact, creates a new one cuz it's a script.
So for both population mods to work together I should merge it's data so you have both zombie variants, and more riots spawns :3

Remember that if you are using another population mod like my other one called "Mo' Ceda", you will have an add-on conflict and just one of them will work.
Your issue probably might me another mod modifying director's population, having priority.

@Gumbs La verdad no te sabría decir. El escudo es un arma muy rara y muy pocas veces he tenido la oportunidad de usarla, pero sí es verdad que está algo bugueada de por sí.

Sabes porque con otros mods para que le aparezca el escudo, este al derrotarlo lo suelta, pero no puedes agarrar el escudo y desapárece
