Description
Simple mod, designed to counteract the earlygame 2 turn requirements for many SFO factions, which to me just slows down the game in a very boring way.

Compatible with everything however, will work with SFO, radious, vanilla etc..

Reduces all local and global recruitment times by one turn.

If a unit was 1 turn recruit before, they will now also be 1 turn from global recruitment. If a unit was 2 turns before they will be 1 turn recruit from local and 3 turns from global. If a unit had 3 turns recruitment before they will be reduced to 2 turns, and 5 turns global.

Essentially this means basic units can be recruited globally easier, though they are still significantly more expensive. Mid tier units will be fast to recruit locally and much slower globally compared to the basic troops. The only units you should have to wait for are elite units, which are generally more for the lategame where you can sit around a lot easier to recruit.

You just find them in effects table, or make them yourself. If youre unsure try using an effect you know about and searching for it in global search

@Cerb, out of curiosity - where do you look for all available effects for hadicap effect tables?
I was making a similar mod for global recruit duration and instead was planning to use
db/campaign_variables_tables, because I don't understand how do people get all available handicap references...

Local recruitment 1 turn unit will change to global recruitment 1 turn, 2 turn unit will change to 2 turns, 3 turn unit will change to 4 turns, and 4 turn unit will change to 6 turns.

Initial global recruitment will be the same as local recruitment, but for units with 3 or more turns of local recruitment, it will not be the same and global recruitment will decrease.

I like the idea of ​​this mod, but I personally use it with a local recruitment of -0 and a global recruitment of -2. Thanks for the great mod!
