You just find them in effects table, or make them yourself. If youre unsure try using an effect you know about and searching for it in global search

@Cerb, out of curiosity - where do you look for all available effects for hadicap effect tables?
I was making a similar mod for global recruit duration and instead was planning to use
db/campaign_variables_tables, because I don't understand how do people get all available handicap references...

Local recruitment 1 turn unit will change to global recruitment 1 turn, 2 turn unit will change to 2 turns, 3 turn unit will change to 4 turns, and 4 turn unit will change to 6 turns.

Initial global recruitment will be the same as local recruitment, but for units with 3 or more turns of local recruitment, it will not be the same and global recruitment will decrease.

это работает, локальный набор и глобальный уменьшаются на один ход, я сам им пользуюсь

есть несколько юнитов, на которых это не работает, например, рыцари Морра, потому что они особые юниты, но остальные работают нормально

Not sure if its intentional or not, but he knights of the black rose, when recruited from a garden of morr, still take two turns.

I like it, but i think the AI wouldnt cope well sadly. They are very reliant on global recruitment for their better units a lot of the time as they dont seem to understand recruiting from specific provinces lol. I could probably make a global recruitment nerf for player though.

Thank you for this mod.

What is your take on a mod that eliminates global recruitment all-together? There was a mod by scehr whom is author of the "Logic Hammer" mod series and he made such a mod. I thought it interesting being a representation of gathering your forces when you are actually physically present in your territory and when needing to be reinforced you either have fresh troops physically brought in from various regions or you need to actually return and not rely on some sort of mechanic that just helps you get troops back magically. I thought this would be neat for the AI demonstrating this as well. I feel it would be quite realistic and not impact gameplay in negative way.

Being the gameplay focused modder that you are what would your take be on this concept if I may ask?
