Original mod notes (1.4):

[JME, composer and ME team lead:]
The goal of Rim Wasteland will be to add a completely new sense of space using my knowledge as a composer. This space or "paradigm" is that of constant danger looming in the background; vast open areas, isolationist terror, a false sense of safety, dilapidated structures, rugged rustic survivors, and a little bit of cheek and charm that Fallout introduced into their mythos. Unlike some of the others themes, this will be a direct accompaniment to the Fallout Mod series Ranger Rick produced on the Workshop. It of course is meant to match well with other mods that add zombies and other such relevant assets.

The music (with minor variations) should set a moody tone easily manipulated by circumstance, meaning mostly dark ambient with small instrumentals consisting of guitar-type and distant horns. It also means the Battle music will add a significant amount of percussive aggression as a stark contrast to the nothingness that is daily life.

“To the world that was. Mankind shall never see it like that again.” – Richard Bradford

It may or may not be happening for Glitterworld now too, Im gonna have to take a look at this and figure out any correlations.

Hello, I have noticed a problem with this mod that hopefully is fixable. I've noticed that during combat, it seems to be unable to play the appropriate battle songs, and instead plays normal songs.

This alone is one issue, but another one is that it doesn't actually play them for long. In the Music Debugger dev-mode menu, something called Fadeout Progress only has a 10 second period for each song before it essentially resets and plays a new, separate song instead from the mod. I'll see if I can poke around on my own to fix it by comparing it to a working soundtrack like the Glitterworld one, but it might take some time for me to glean anything from comparing the two.

I believe there is an iTunes link too, to this published album. Is it perhaps on the original mod page?
