The mod is up to date, the “outdated” notification is purely cosmetic

I'd imagine it would be compatiable just so long as it doesn't affect the agency and designers,

I'm curious if this needs no adjusting to match Red Flood - since ironically the one thing Red Flood doesn't touch is the military techs.
