Description


This mod is purely a framework, it contains resources that are shared between our mods, and features that other modders can user for their mods should they so wish.

A: For the most part yes.

hi, i have some little problem when i do something with my armor like painting etc game drop FPS direct but when i drop this armor from my pawn game works corectly, when i start my armor color is white and game work fine but when i make it black or something then FPS drops come back

@Martenzo Astartes Vehicles was updated to 1.6, though some things are not working properly in the Vehicle Framework, so some of our features had been stripped off for now.

@turtleshroom This mod adds generic xenotypes for Thunder Warriors, Firstborn, Primaris, Custodes and Primarcs, but lacks the chapter-specific xenotypes of MIM. I would say between the two of them, this mod also has a better implementation of Space Marine creation that plays nicer with vanilla Genemodding, the VE framework, and other mods. One feature of RimDark's predecessor that MIM never had as far as I know is Astrates Vehicles, but they haven't been ported over to the new 1.6 framework yet.

That said, MIM itself is actually compatible with Rimdark, recognises Rimdark Astartes genotypes for most of its mechanics and I believe MIM also disables some of its own janky astartes creation mechanics if it detects RimDark. I've been running both without much issue since 1.6.

Also, MIM weapons and armor are significantly more powerful than those of RimDark, which can be frustrating when you run into whole swarms of Melta-armed spiderbots in ruins.

So I'm running into an issue where I'm unable to launch a new game with this loaded.

I do not know if its the VE Framework, or this mod/mankinds finest. After 8 hours of troubleshooting running only Harmony, VE Framework and this/Mankinds finest I can safely its the culprit for me.

Fresh install of Rimworld, redownloading, nothing fixed it. Any ideas?

How does this Mod compare to the MIM Mod series? That Mod adds dozens of Xenotypes versus yours adding Chaos Cultists and a few Space Marines in the V1.5 version.

you all know I had to try.
Because I am the ONE.

I could load my map and the factions got added but the UI and Framerate was gone

But thats normal, the first 4 weeks after a release is getting the Mods back together, before I really can play the game.
