That is correct, however the animation approach i took was based on the image to allow for both the Mangekyo Sharingan and ability to be visible. @Inevitable_Low

A file probably has gotten corrupted when you restarted/shutdown your PC. Try the following for a clean install:
- Unsubscribe from the wallpaper.
- Close wallpaper engine and give steam 10-20 seconds or so to uninstall the wallpaper (it doesn't uninstall it if you don't close wallpaper engine)
- Try to subscribe to it again.
