Warhammer Community Fix patch

Description
Total War Warhammer 2 and 3 both have community fixes, and while I was revisiting this game decided to make a compilation of all the fixes on the workshop.

This is a *compilation* of other peoples work with their permissions, not my own, apart from one small change, which is listed below the credits, which I did use the help of another mod to make. As such, the relevant credit is provided below:
- Misc bug fixes from "Cataph's Tweaks", from Cataph, as well as Crynsos and Nyraan for their work on other bugfixes
- "Guv's RoR Campaign Ability Bug Fixes", "Guv's Cloak of Isha Spawn animation Fix!" and "Guv's Chaos Feral Manticore/Harpy lord skill fix", from Guvenoren
- "Give Gelt back his wings! A Balthasar Gelt Bug Fix.", "BUG FIX: "Fury of Da Prophet!" Skill.", "Wood Elves: Kill Captives Fix", and "Confederated Wurrzag Savage Orc Upkeep Rebalance" from Gejnor
- "Vanilla Bugfixes - Water Region Names" from Crynsos
- "Fanatic bug fix" from 'Pyro is the Pingu'
- "Durthu Skills Fix" from Versidious
- "Autoresolve Fix for Missile Infantry and Cav" from MINOS

Also included is a small change by me to the night goblin fanatics and night goblin fanatics archers not properly getting their technology/lord skill buff, based on WonderGoth work in "Working Tech For Fanatics" and "Fanatic Tech Bug Fix".

Many thanks to all the modders who have allowed me to use their mods to make this pack.

PS: The preview image is just a mashup of different images in the base game files, which were made by CA, I do not own these.

I've never been good at paying attention to this stuff but was TW1 left in a buggy state? I know TW2 was left with some gnarly bugs that were never patched.

@damiandelafuente no you don't have to start a new campaign, this doesn't include any startpos changes

Also Proper Bretonnia Garrisons may be worth checking out as well, not sure if that's a fix or just a gameplay change though.

Not sure how this is calculated in TWII & III, but here's a mod that may be a worthwhile addition: Vampire / Wight King Bug Fix

Are there only bug fixes in this mod? When I look at Cataph's Tweaks, it has a lot of balance changes, which I'm not interested in.
