Updates: updated to match historic weather report for date/location, improve uniforms, increase the number of tanks and tank wrecks, and improve balance for attackers in early phases. Updated to include new USSR assets, including SU-152. Updated German tank crew uniforms (and added a 4th tank crewman), and included new battle ambiance "music". Updated uniforms on German faction to maintain headgear (most recent update broke the CoD3 mod player models' ability to wear headgear), and included spotter-artillery stationary "vehicle" for Soviet use at the burning hamlet and the AA battery.

Operation Zitadel, the planned encirclement and destruction of the Soviet armies in the Kursk salient has not gone to plan. German advances have stalled in the face of a prepared and stubborn defense. Wonder-weapons like the new Tiger and Panther tanks are just as likely to blow their transmission and bake, abandoned in the hot summer sun, as they are to actually smash through the Russian lines. It's do or die, now. The fate of the Eastern Front is in your hands. Put yourself in the shoes of Soviet troops desperately trying to hold back an unstoppable steel inferno, or play as Axis forces (including German Waffen SS and Hungarian infantry) and slice through the communist defenses in the wheat fields like a sharpened scythe.
