RX: Canada Strong and Free Compatibility Patch

Description
A patch to resolve conflicts between 【 Red World: Strong and Free 】 and 【 Red Worldux 】

Red World : Free and Strong is an excellent submod for Red World, which includes comprehensive content for Canada, as well as frameworks for other Democratic League countries, and even a framework for Haiti. This patch is required for it to run concurrently with Red Worldux.

The new Strong and Free update made this mod incompatible, and without the patch Red Worldux content doesn't show up

it might just be because of the Canada sub mod but this crashes when you try to start a game

Just to clarify, does this just allow Strong and Free and Red Worldux to work together, or does it get rid of the requirement of Strong and Free to use Red World Fan Fork and instead switches it to Red Worldux?
I just want to make sure is all, as I imagine Worldux and Fan Fork don't play well together.
