Adds the Shasta under Sargent Sambo.

- (UA) Dreams of Axe'ki: When a Shasta land trade route is completed, gain a small boost of culture and the city's cultural border is expanded, twice in cities with an Okwa'umma. If there are no tiles to expand to gain a large boost of culture. Mountain tiles acquired through cultural expansion act as a worked fish resource.

- (UB) Okwa'umma: Replaces Caravansary. Trade route gold yield is increased by 1 for every mountains within a city's borders. +1 happiness from each incoming land trade route. Gives the Lighthouse yield bonuses to fish when not built on the coast.

- (UU) Kwish-Mem-Pa: Replaces Composite Bowman. +30% defense. Clearing forests in the radius of Shasta cities passively contributes toward production.


I recommend using this with my California Religions mod, newly updated so that the Shasta can follow Bole Maru (as they did at least for a period)!
