Gave the UB the lighthouse yield bonus for fish when built inland since a friend pointed out the mountain fish are still very weak without the lighthouse buff usually provided to them. Only for inland since obviously coastal cities can build the lighthouse and get that bonus already. This means with the pantheon and a golden age you can get +3 food, +2 production, +2 gold on your mountain fishes :]

I fucked up the lua slightly so it wasn't loading so that's fixed now
