このmodは、Powerful Defeated FactionをLiving Worldに対応させ、バージョンアップさせたmodです。
(敗残兵が強くなり、また、野盗を強力なものに差し替えることができます。)

変更点
3大勢力が滅亡時に強力な敗残兵が出現。
但し旧バージョンと異なり一番強い分隊が出現するのは滅亡後に出現する後述の臨時政府を制圧してからになります。
強化された敗残兵の出現を止めたい場合はワールドエンド、フラットラグーン、ブラックスクラッチに居る専用の調停者(貴族の知人、酔っ払った神官、引退した戦士)に話かけ、catを払うことで敗残兵が出現しなくなります。(再出現させたい場合はもう1回話して侮辱してください)

各勢力を滅亡後に臨時政府が出現。
出現箇所 UC:失われた都、HN:デッドハイブオーバーラン、Shek:古い前線跡
一番強力な敗残兵分隊の出現条件が、ここにいるリーダー(外交ステータスになっている)の殺害または誘拐が条件になります。
リーダー自身の能力も高く、それを守る部隊も精強なため(メイトウ所持者が多数居ます)、制圧するには首都制圧以上の戦力で制圧するか、誘拐してください（多分誘拐のほうが楽）。
また、UC臨時政府に居るタイラの妹HN臨時政府に居る老騎士ナビは檻に入れてcatを払うことで仲間になります。
二人とも能力は高いですが固有ダイアログは無いため、ダイアログ目当てなら無理に仲間にする必要はありません(ちなみにダイアログは前者は農民、後者はグリフィンとクランブルジョンを合わせたもの)。

勢力が滅亡後に、滅亡した勢力を模した傭兵が出現。
所有者が変わった街又はたまに外を徘徊しています(サムライ浪人、黒(重)騎士、ステン傭兵)。
要求される金額は高いですが、それに見合った能力があるので、どうしても厳しい場合は利用してみてください。
能力と装備と時間以外はバニラの傭兵と同じで、AI等の変更はありません。

徘徊している野盗も強化可能。
ワールドエンドか各ウェイステーション等に居る無法者の顔利きに声をかけ、彼を侮辱することで野盗が強化され、また出現範囲も少し広くなります。（再度話してお金を払うことで元に戻せます。）
強化された野盗は正規軍より強力なため、縛りプレイでもない限りチャレンジする場合はある程度強くなってからにしてください。(特にヤブタは反奴隷主義者と同じ能力にしているため非常に強力。ゴリロ盗賊団も武術+重武器という高ダメージな組み合わせのため、半端な能力では死の危険が付きまといます。)

Since the leader himself has high ability and the troops protecting him are also strong (there are many Meitou holders), you need to suppress them with more force than you can suppress the capital or kidnap them (maybe kidnapping is easier).
Also, Taira's Older Sister in the UC temporary government and Old Paladin Nabi in the HN temporary government can be recruited by putting them in a cage and paying them cat.
Both of them have high ability, but they do not have their own dialogues, so there is no need to join them if you are looking for dialogues (the former is a farmer, and the latter is a combination of Griffin and Crumble John).

After a force is destroyed, mercenaries emulating the destroyed force appear.
They roam the streets or sometimes outside the city where their owners have changed (Samurai Ronin, Black Knight (Chevalier), Stenn Mercenary).
The amount of money required is high, but the ability is worth it, so if you are really demanding, take advantage of it.
Other than abilities, equipment and time, they are the same as vanilla mercenaries, with no changes in AI, etc.

Bandits on the prowl can also be reinforced.
By talking to the Outlaw Facilitator at World's End, Waystations, etc. and insulting him, the bandits will be strengthened and their range will become a little wider. (Talking to him again and paying him will restore his original abilities.)
Since the reinforced bandits are more powerful than the regular army, you need to be somewhat stronger before you challenge them. (Yabuta in particular is very powerful because it has the same abilities as Anti-Slaver, and Gorillo Bandits also have a high firepower combination of martial arts and heavy weapons, so half-assed abilities are a death risk.)
The factions concerned are Dust Bandits, Bloodraiders, Grass Pirates, Scavengers, Yabuta Outlaws (which appear even if Yabuta of the Sands is not released), karate drifter and Gorillo Bandits.
