This mod is to balance the experience of another mod from me, Aging with Years.

Aging with Years will make citizens age only one year older in a game year, instead of four years older. To balance the experience, with this mod, students will spend four times as much time studying to graduate.

It’s up to you to keep the difficulty or not.

However, I don’t recommend you to use this mod without Aging with Years. You would merely make the game more difficult.

The modified configuration file is
zipConfig/CitizenFunction.xml

If you have other mods which also modify this file, it’s very likely that they will conflict. I wish I could only upload the fields I want to modify rather than the whole file, but that’s not supported by the game. In that case, you have to combine the modified fields together into one file manually.
