Introduction
The sections describe meticulous steps on how to eliminate 2.5x more enemies that is mixed in with the next tier ones on a very long mission! The sections describe meticulous steps on how to conduct one of the longest missions and eliminate all enemies for maximum loot.

Note: A new challenge presents itself in this mission as high HP Stun Lancers make their first debut! Realistically, the mission was not done in March, and they may or may not appear then.

Why are you writing this guide?
I enjoy helping others by writing about technical topics to a higher standard and provide key findings for a higher chance of success!

Who is the intended audience?
The guide is for everyone, but much friendlier to new players. Everything will be explained to be on the same level as those who are the most experienced. The writing will be easy to follow with plenty of screenshots for those who are too lazy to read everything!
Prologue
The Advent Freight Train
The train is mostly open space with its cargo cars that have a massive pile of green coffins.
The mid-section of the train is attached to main loading area, adjacent to the facility's front door.
Each side of the train on the far edge of the map has a small Guard Tower.
The Ranger must use either of the structures to gain excellent view of each facility side.

Note: The side with the locomotive will require more cautious because of a much larger blind sight behind due to its height.
Varying Intelligence Report
There is usually one full enemy pod on each far end of the train, with a total of 2.

Early April
Pod #
Enemies
1
Sectoid & 2 Stun Lancers
(Already Taken Care Of)
2
Sectoid & Trooper & Stun Lancer

Or

Late April
Pod #
Enemies
1
Stun Lancer & 2 Troopers
2
Sectoid & Stun Lancer & Trooper

Note: The side with the locomotive will require more cautious because of a much larger blind sight behind due to its height.
Train: Scouting I
The Ranger will make her way up the nearby Guard Tower to gain intelligence of the next area.
A full cover is needed as it provides additional concealment, if the enemy gets too close.
She will provide constant vision of the enemy pod throughout the whole engagement.
She will standby until the enemy is eliminated before moving to the next area.
Train: Pod II
The Sniper needs to now relocate to a better location and closer to the Squad.
The long-range fire will catch the enemy's attention with a chance of a confused response.

The reaction will have the enemies go back and forth randomly in the same vicinity.

They will not pose as any threat and will not be within the Squad's range of fire except the Sniper.
Train: Pod II Finale
The free turn will allow disposal of the high-level enemy threat before the pod can properly react.

They will end up charging the Squad who are still on the rooftop and be at a severe disadvantage.
Those who are too distant from the enemy will be on Overwatch.
The crippled pod will most likely meet its demise without ever returning fire!
Train: Scouting II
The Ranger needs to check for threats on the front part of the Blacksite facility.
There is always 2 turrets and usually one turret at the front. However, the placements are completely random and can also be placed on the rooftop of entrance buildings.
Blacksite Facility: Frontal Roof
The front entrance of the facility is usually guarded by one turret emplacement.
The Sniper outranges the Turret and can attack without receiving any return fire.
The rest needs the intervention of a Specialist to get within its range to shoot and destroy.

Note: The Sniper can miss often due to the sheer distance but there is no penalty with unlimited time!
Rule of Thumb: Turret
The Specialist will normally take control, if both of the Train pods have not been fully dealt with.
Shutdown is preferred when there are no nearby threats in the immediate vicinity.
The Turret will be stunned and be more rapidly disposed of by the Squad, in a safe manner.

Note: XP from Turrets are only gained when they are still in enemy control.
Varying Intelligence Report
The pod list includes enemies that guard outside of the facility and the evacuation zone because their patrols cycle between the two.

Early April
Pod #
Enemies
1
Sectoid & 2 Stun Lancers
2
Sectoid & Trooper

Or

Late April
Pod #
Enemies
1
Stun Lancer & 2 Troopers
2
Viper & Trooper
Get Back to The Roof
The Squad who were sent below to destroy the Turret must be called back on the roof.
The Sniper will have to move out of the way, if the top area of the ladder is blocked.
They will all need to reload and be on standby as the Ranger locates which side the enemy is on.
The Sniper will start shooting if the enemies are on the same side while the rest are on Overwatch duty.
Blacksite Facility: Scouting I
The wiser option is to deal with the outside enemy patrols first before entering the facility.
Their unpredictable movements can quickly escalate any ongoing enemy engagement.
The side area leading to the evacuation zone may have hills and vary with desert/forest area.
The Ranger must always use blue moves first before yellow moves, then take full cover again once locating the new enemies.

Note: Extra caution is needed as the enemy patrol could be in the Ranger's blind spots!
Chance Event: Fuel Tank
The enemy patrol may move next to a fuel tank and such object is now a viable target.
The Sniper will make the shot with the right angle and there is no miss chance.

The explosion will deal 6 damage to any enemy within its blast radius!
The affected enemy pod will be easy Sniper targets, as they have a high chance of triggering a confused reaction.

Note: The Squad will only engage the enemy when confronted on the rooftop.
Blacksite Facility: Pod I
The Sniper will continue to lay fire on the enemy, until they break out of their confused reaction.
The Ranger will need to keep eyes on them, if they move into a blind spot.

Note: The Sniper will be on Long Watch, if there are no targets to shoot at.
Blacksite Facility: Scouting II
The Ranger will follow where the pod goes to have constant eyes on them.
She will have to backtrack and take up a new spotting position.
Blacksite Facility: Pod II
The Sniper will lure in the next pod and use Long Watch to further injure them as they advance.
Those who survive will trigger the Squad's chain of Overwatches, as they get near the rooftop.
The Squad will clean up the remaining enemies and may need to get on the ground to do so.
Blacksite Facility: Rear Roof
The 2nd Turret will overlook the rear of the facility at one of the double doorways.

The alternative is to take control if the rear enemy guards have not been wiped out.
The Sniper can either barrage the Turret or have the Squad get close enough to destroy it.

Note: Normal attacks are recommended for the range penalty, but the Deadeye can be used with a small chance of hitting.
Blacksite Facility: Scouting III
The Ranger will make a full circle around the facility to find any other remaining enemy patrols.

Excluding 2 Turrets, the remaining enemies will be 16 minus what was eliminated that does not include the MEC Boss Pod and Psi Zombies.
Epilogue
The Squad will now work their way into the final area of where they store the Blacksite vial!
