Hololive My Oshi

Description
A mod reborn!

The old Hololive (ホロライブ) mod is reborn! Using advance function provided by the Humanoid Alien Races framework, the new Hololive My Oshi is now easier to use and is free of issues that plagued the old mod. What’s more, the mod now comes with redrawn graphics and new costumes!



Hololive My Oshi includes Hololive members and their outfits. A workshop (furniture) is also added for making new apparels. Note that the mod is meant to change visual only, all apparels added in this mod do not provide protection to the pawn. Hololive members can wear most vanilla apparels and headgears to protect themselves, however in order to maintain Hololive visual, these apparels will be rendered invisible when worn by Holomems, leaving only Hololive's apparel to be shown.



Q & A
  • How to add Hololive members into my game?
    For easy access, there is a new Hololive scenario when you start a new game. You can start will any other scenario though and add Holomems to the game afterward.

  • How to change character?

    (The following gif is using Character Editor)

    You can change character by adding/changing a HMO trait to the pawn. Note that HMO trait is available to Hololive Race only.

  • Why some non Hololive apparels are still being shown when Holomems wear them?
    Any modded apparel that is not worn on vanilla apparel layer may still be rendered.



Compatibility

  • Hololive My Oshi is designed to support all DLCs, you can still play it without any DLC, but you will miss out some contents.

  • Humanoid Alien Races
    Hololive My Oshi is dependent on HAR, special thanks to erdelf - author of HAR for the great help he offered.

  • Like many HAR mods, Hololive My Oshi use custom head and face thus it is not compatible with most facial mods on its own. As an individual modder I have limited time that I can only ensure my mod is compatible with HAR and Character Editor.

  • Unlike my old Hololive mod, Hololive My Oshi NO longer needs Transmog or Hats Display Selection to function properly.

Hello, I found that this mod and Ayameduki Tweaks 2.0 is incompatible, when start a new game, can't generate new pawns.
I only have ,Ayameduki Tweaks 2.0 and this hololive mod active.

If only I can recreate the problem easily...
So for the Hololive body and head to render properly, the pawn must be:
1) a HMO_Hololive_Race
2) and have a HMO trait,
otherwise a black error graphic will appear.
If somehow a Hololive pawn is completely invisible, there may be some weird interaction happening between different mods.

There is a slim chance for Hololive race to appear as a buyable slave or as a refugee in the wild. Maybe I should remove this in the next patch to stop the game from generating mess up buggy pawns.

BTW the pawn that has the problem was a Hololive member I rescued from a quest in another part of the world. It was NOT a starting character and it was ALREADY a hololive member when i found her in another part of the world map (her sprite wasn't showing so I didn't realize she's a hololive member till I brought her back to the camp). I wonder if this bug will primarily affect hololive members spawned in other parts of the map?

Love the mod alot! Quck question in my game if I change the torso to "HMO_HololiveBody" the entire sprite disappears. It only appears normally when I use the "child" torso. Is this a known issue?

Like I don't know how to explain it properly, but they have two sets of eyes and mouths, both under the Hololive face and mouth

what do we do about them having like double eyes? I have them switched to the Hololive race, but they have baseline human race eyes and stuff under it all so it looks extremely off-putting

You can disable Facial animation race by race in its option so a Facial race and a non Facial race can exist within the same colony. Facial animation is only applied to your chosen race.

This is amazing and so cute, I just wish it would work with facial animation, I hope you will consider making it compatible.
