Culture Group Bonuses

Description
This mod adds a unique bonus modifier to every country based on its primary culture group, similar to the bonus each religion gives, for example.

Let me know if any of the modifiers should be changed, since I picked them mostly arbitrarily.

The modifiers are as follows:

Western Europe:
• British = Morale of Navies: +10.0%
• Celtic = Land Fire Damage: +10.0%
• French = Yearly Army Tradition Decay: -1.0%
• Germanic = Production Efficiency: +5.0%
• Iberian = Colony Cost Modifier: -10.0%
• Latin = Development Cost: -5.0%
• Nordic = Land Attrition: -10.0%
Eastern Europe:
• Baltic = Trade Steering: +10.0%
• Byzantine = Warscore from Battles Modifier: +10.0%
• Carpathian = All Estates' Loyalty Equilibrium: +5.0%
• East Slavic = Attrition for Enemies: +1.00
• South Slavic = Shock Damage Recieved: -10.0%
• West Slavic = National Tax Modifier: +5.0%
Middle East & Steppes:
• Altaic = Siege Ability: +10.0%
• Caucasian = Fort Maintenance: -10.0%
• Iranian = Province Warscore Cost: -5.0%
• Levantine = Core-Creation Cost: -5.0%
• Tatar = Cavalry Fire: +0.10
• Ugric = Idea Cost: -10.0%
India:
• Central Indian = Placed Merchant Power Modifier: +10.0%
• Eastern Aryan = Global Trade Power: +10.0%
• Dravidian = Ship Trade Power Modifier: +10.0%
• Hindustani = Infantry Cost: -10.0%
• Western Aryan = Caravan Power: +10.0%
East & South-East Asia:
• Burman = Diplomatic Reputation: +1.00
• Chinese = State Governing Cost: -5.0%
• Evenki = Land Force Limit Modifier: +10.0%
• Japanese = Aggressive Expansion Impact: -10.0%
• Kamchatkan = Colonial Range: +25.0%
• Korean = Stability Cost Modifier: -10.0%
• Malay = Combat Penalty when landing: -1.00
• Mon-Khmer = Tolerance of Heretics: +2.00
• Tai = Tolerance of Heathens: +2.00
• Tibetan = Fort Defense: +15.0%
Africa:
• Cushitic = Religious Unity: +25.0%
• East Bantu = Trade Efficiency: +10.0%
• Great Lakes = Tolerance of the True Faith: +1.00
• Kongo = Chance to Capture Enemy Ships: +10.0%
• Maghrebi = Privateer Efficiency: +10.0%
• Mande = Gold Depletion Chance Modifier: -10.0%
• Sahelian = Movement Speed: +10.0%
• Southern African = Monthly Gold Inflation Modifier: -10.0%
• Sudanese = Monthly War Exhaustion: -0.10
• West African = Galley Cost: -10.0%
New World:
• Andean = Monthly Reform Growth Progress Modifier: +15.0%
• Aridoamerican = Vassal Force Limit Contribution: +10.0%
• Central American = Income from Vassals: +10.0%
• Mayan = Possible Advisors: +1
• Otomanguean = Vassal Manpower Contribution: +10.0%
• All Others = Global Unrest: -2
Oceania:
• Aboriginal = Migration Cost: -20.0%
• Pacific = Naval Force Limit Modifier: +10.0%
Custom Nations Only:
• Lost Cultures = Culture Conversion Cost: +25.0%
• Generic Slavic = Max Promoted Cultures: +2

if you also give Kamchatkan a colonist they might actually be playable, though it's not exactly historical.

Neat. There was a mod a loooong time ago that had this premise, but it got abandoned. Nice to see a new one.

• Western Aryan = Caravan Power: +10.0% -> +10% nobility/rajputs/maratha loyalty equilibrium
• Burman = Diplomatic Reputation: +1.00 -> Vassal Force Limit Contribution: +10.0%
• Evenki = Land Force Limit Modifier: +10.0% -> Regiment Costs -10%
• Japanese = Aggressive Expansion Impact: -10.0% -> Army Tradition From Battles +50%
• Kamchatkan = Colonial Range: +25.0% -> Light Ship Cost -10%
• Tai = Tolerance of Heathens: +2.00 -> Cavalry Cost -10%
• Kongo = Chance to Capture Enemy Ships: +10.0% -> Missionary Strength +1.0%

What I would have done:

• Celtic = Land Fire Damage: +10.0% -> Shock Damage +10.0%
• Nordic = Land Attrition: -10.0% -> Naval Attrition: -10.0%
• Baltic = Trade Steering: +10.0% -> Diplomatic Relations +1
• Byzantine = Warscore from Battles Modifier: +10.0% -> Prestige From Battles +50%
• Levantine = Core-Creation Cost: -5.0% -> Trade Steering +10.0
• Ugric = Idea Cost: -10.0% -> Land Attrition: -10.0%
• Central Indian = Placed Merchant Power Modifier: +10.0% -> Infantry Cost: -10.0%
• Hindustani = Infantry Cost: -10.0% -> Land Fire Damage +10.0%

I think Byzantine might be better set to Diplomatic Reputation +1, tbfh. After all, they were THE Roman Empire.

@Elements08 theres not much I can do about that, sorry. I had noticed the previous version wasn't working with my usual playset of mods (and presumably other people's), so I guess that's the tradeoff.

the latest update made the mod incompatible with other mods that add cultures.

it's pretty obscure and not really mentioned anywhere on the wiki, i only ever noticed because when modifiying that file i always saw comented out lines for scandinavian (ofc, pdx) group cultures that had modifiers and i decided i wanted to see what they did if i uncomented them back in.
btw, the ones pdx has for scandinavian are something like this:
