btw, the ones pdx has for scandinavian are something like this:

it works the same way as enabling banners, caroleans and some other special units/ships, those are technically country/province modifs added directly thru the culture file
you can add:
modifs for countries of both the whole culture group and individual cultures (they overlap)
and you can also add valid province modifs that will individual affect every province, also for both culture group and individual cultures (they also overlap)

this is most powerful.[army trd decay]
This has a big effect even with a small value.
Therefore, I suggest changing the value as follows.
Army Tradition Decay:-5.0%->-1.0% OR -2.0%.

The bonus type itself looks good, but the value are excessive.
How about +2 or +3 instead of +10?

I think this bonus is too small for them.
You'll have to change the bonus type, or raise the figure quite a bit.
Here's my suggestion.
Colonial Range:+10%->50%
OR
colony_cost_modifier:-0.2 *this mean colonial maintain cost -20%.
• West Slavic = Yearly Prestige: +0.50
vaule is so weak. i think change to +0.5->+1.0
• Central Indian = National Supply Limit Modifier: +10.0%
I think this is a useless value and useless type.
How about tax rises instead? global_tax_modifier = 0.10 ?
