A submod of ChaosRobbie's excellent Celestial Hurricanum. All credit to them for their excellent work.

This is a slightly touched up reupload of NRKE's original submod with TTC compatibility added.

This is a very fun unit, but may be a bit overtuned. Please let me know what you think about the balancing.
