Imperial Administration

Description
Administrative burden is... well, a burden on all of us that don't want to stay in our starting province until the Iron Age.
Just lowering or removing it feels like cheating, though.
Hence, I endeavoured to give meaning to the administratively flavoured buildings already present in the game. Several buildings have received a negative administrative burden effect that will not completely counteract the accumulation of burden as you expand, but will help slow it down. Roads also get a (small) effect, as well developed roads help administrating large empires.

It also adds another dimension to planning buildings: Build an administrative building to help ease the burden and forego a resource or recruitment building in its stead or concentrate fully on buildings with more direct effects?

The following buildings now ease administrative burden:

Civilian administration:
Newscrier's Stands and its upgrades (major and minor settlements)
Hall of Records and its upgrades
Translator's Quarters
Tax administration and its upgrades
Amenmesse's and Bay's version of the Tax administration
Agamemmnon's versions of the Newscrier

Military administration:
War Coffers and its upgrades (major settlements)
Suppi's militia administration buildings
Seti's versions of the War Coffers

Landmarks:
the Royal Legal Complex of Hattusa
the Royal Tax Collector of Waset
the Royal War Academy of Mennefer
the Palace Archives of Mari
the Professional Scribal Complex of Meggido

I am as of yet undecided regarding the Babylonian special buildings as their gameplay includes *adding* administrative burden in exchange for more powerful effects. I will see how they play out when I play them myself and you are of course free to leave me suggestions regarding them.

Also, do leave me a note in case I have forgotten or overlooked some faction's special administration-themed buildings.

I have reenabled the mod but still don't see it in the hint
how it should look like?

Then something is wrong. Did you actually enable the mod in the mod manager? Just subscribing to it here is only the first step.

The building effect description tells you that.

That I don't know. It won't cause any problems, because the effects are purely additive, but I do not know whether Radious uses the same buildings as the vanilla game version. You could just try (it's savegame compatible).

Quick question my boy is this mod compatible with Radious?

Tried out Babylon and decided to centralise most of their admin-bonus in their unique scribal records chain which I find fitting. This building will give a rather large bonus to reflect professional administration while other buildings will keep their +2 malus ro reflect the administration effort needed to provide their improved effects (compared to ordinary management buildings).
Additionally their unique royal garrison for minor settlements will get a small admin bonus to reflect the local military administration.

I will upload the changes later today.
