idk how to make model replacement mods yet, when I figure it out this is gonna be one of the first character replacements I'll try to make

this is good and amazing, the upper torso is really similar to the meatball from sfm, would've been awesome if it had scarier textures, idk how and where the guy got the SFM models from or he prob made them
