Tribesmen Revival

Description
Tribesmen, while many creators improved the gameplay of tribal play. Today still no mods change the disappearance of tribesmen inside monarchies and republics.
As you know you see tribesmen almost everywhere at the start of the game but the current game mechanics prevent them from staying as a small minority inside your settlement. They were all promoted to freemens or demoted into slaves in something between 20 to 40 years.

it is time for tribesmen to get their own focus mod and get a revival.

What the mod does?

At the start of the game, there will be a setup event to add a permanent modifier depending on the terrain type. For farmlands, there will be a small bonus to add tribesmen inside your province. While the opposite for mountains and steppes, it will be a large modifier that will let them stay a large community inside settlements and small inside cities.

Here are the complete modifiers for each terrain type :

Farmlands :

+5% ratio of tribesmen

Plains, flood plains, and Oasis:

+6% ratio of tribesmen

Forest, dry plains, and hills :

+7% ratio of tribesmen

Desert, marsh, and jungle :

+8% ratio of tribesmen
+10% tribesmen's output
-3% slaves ratio
-1% citizen ratio

Mountain, steppes, Taiga, dry hills, and desert hills :

+10% ratio of tribesmen
+25% tribesmen's output
-5% slaves ratio
-2% citizen ratio

But to compensate for the fact each terrain type will have now a minimal ratio of tribesmen. The civilization level will decrease this ratio.
Every 10 points of civilization value in a territory will decrease by 1% the ratio of tribesmen.
This means you would need only 50 points of civilization inside a farmland territory to reduce the ratio of tribesmen to 0. But you would need the max 100 to get rid of them in mountains or steppes.

Now Slaves can be demoted to tribesmen, so monarchies and republics can still create tribesmen under some conditions.
Also the base ratio of tribesmen for tribes has been lowered as now some part of this ratio is diffrent depending of the terrain type. But in total they should get more tribesmen inside their realms.

Compatibility :

Works with almost all mods as long they don't remove the tribesmen population class.
Works vanilla but the mod works better with Invictus or Terra Indomita.
Load my mod after any major conversion mods !

Nevermind, disregard everything I said about the mod conflict. It's been a while since I actually played the game, and it just took a while for the decision to show up.

I love your mod and think it's the best thing ever, however, I've discovered that it conflicts with, IE, completely disables the "Culture Conflation" mod, it entirely removes the option to "Promote Citizen Administrators" that Culture Conflation is supposed to have.

What if you triggered the startup event in the province of Rome instead?
Most historical mods would work then.

It's just a small nitpick, anyway. I like to run observers to check a mod's balance before trying full playthroughs :)

It is needed either Rome or a player. Because startup event work like that. I could say it is applying to all countries but it could make Multipler crash at the start of a game and slow PC too
